“I stayed here about 3 years ago and enjoyed better than. I was excited about the restaurant but the food was very under par. I did not complete any meal I had. The shore line is a rough one and they don’t keep maintain it to make it easier on guests, even though now there is a “beach club”. Housekeeping was horrible. Pillow case had something scary on it, no clean glasses and floors were disgusting. Would not go back again :(”

“Es un súper hotel, desde que llegas la atención es increíble. Lo que más me gustó es que tiene su zona para puro adulto (en la hacienda) y el ambiente ahí es muy tranquilo. Los diferentes restaurantes son una maravilla y la comida ni se diga. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y tienen de todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.”

“We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.”

“This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.”

“We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm……
